best reads

favorite books of 2012, in some particular order...

CLOUD ATLAS -- hands down, the best. and also now in the top 5 of all-time faves. Woke up in the middle of the night thinking about it.

Gone Girl -- got it for Christmas and devoured in four days

The Glass Castle -- yeah I was a bit behind not reading this til now but it is marvelous

Tiny Beautiful Things -- can't even think to encapsulate its awesomeness. Doled out three copies for Christmas and if funds allowed, would've quadrupled that easily

A Return to Love -- unusual older thing but quite helpful

I'm sure there were others but the title of this is "best" and these are the ones I don't even have to try to remember. Perhaps there will be an addendum with the B list.
